this is my CPB's birthday cake, a simple yet so yummylicious carrot cake topped with buttercream icing yg sungguh sedap hingga tak terasa ke'buttery'an dan ke'fattening'an nye, ditaburi bunga2 cumel (i purposely amik part bunga tu pasai nk rasa haha)
i dunno what type of icing they use to make that little cute flowers, maybe fondant? but not the frosting yg keras tu. the topping is so simple, just lumoq the buttercream all over the cake,takpayah kasi neat pun, ala2 wave gitu, then creatively plant the flower at the strategic place.
voilaa!!

bunga tu manis tak??..if yes than fondant..tp kalau rasa cam kertas saja..bukan la tuh..hehe

beb bunga tu boleh beli dkt Cold Storage beb....12 ketul 9.90 ker berapa ntah...
malam tadik aku usha kat CS tue. tp masih gigih nak belajar buat bunga sendirik....ekekeke
(masih lom berkesempatan menerjah kedai di kd yg ko ckp tue.....the edible image tue....waaa..waa..wiieee!!!)
