sapa punya kerja aaa??

i have new staff reporting yesterday
but i was off duty
so practically today is his first day working for me la

tringat masa interbiu dia dulu, and few other candidate
i actually did advise one of them to dress appropriately for interview. never mind u'r just interviewing for clerical post, but i like (its softer to say that, nothing fetish hehe) to see those young candidates laki or pompuan pakai kemas. and men will definitely look better if u wear those tali pengikat leher. but i know, ada org will say over la pi interview kerani nk pakai necktie. infact ada one candidate ni siap kena sound for overdressed. hukaloohh.. to me biarlah org nk pakai cantik2.. its always better than come for interview selebet. awatnya kerani pakai necktie? kot la tie dia lagi cantik dari kau, dia leh dpt gaji lebih, or terus promoted ganti tempat hang?


wearing necktie is not a suresign that candidate itu akan besar kepala.. infact, to me la, org yg tak suka la yg tahapahapa.. atleast masa interbiu je pun.. mai keja tayah la nk over pakai necktie 24hr.. infact bos2 pun ramai ku tgk nk masuk meetg baru kalut nk ikat



tetiba tadi ku menyemakka palahotak dok pikir sapaaa laa yg memandai ajaq manusia pakai mendaalah tu.. tak pasai2 kena kuar $$ beli. nk ikat dah satu hal.. i think they shud give diploma to those yg dah master cara2 mengikat necktie yyg mcm2 tu.. and boleh extend sekali kalau mau tambah extra course on how to hang yourself with own necktie..

wpun the rule of profession is your necktie haruslah matching dgn baju dan kaler rambutmu, no, it;s not the same as women with shoes and hanbag and tudung. its totally different story. yess, one (read: men) could never compare that with us. the reason is we women are always allowed. why? because we make the rule! haha

tp kan, kenapa ya, kita musti judge org dari pemakaian? tidakkah seorang yg memakai ketayap dan jubah atau baju melayu itu boleh juga berfikir and 'deliver' just as much as si kawan yg pakai necktie? or could it be more? since derang are more freely and tak terjerut?

kenapa kita mesti ikut budaya yg tak islamic?

is there any islamic view on why we shudnt 'cekik' ourselves? if u have the answer, please share it with me.
